Daniel Holland

Director of Production

Daniel Holland grew up in Springville, Alabama and has been in the building industry for 16 years. His passion for building began at a young age after growing up around residential construction. Daniel is a graduate of Auburn University's Building Science program. He loves to hunt, fish and golf.

Lead Team

Clay Messer

Director of Purchasing and Financials

Clay Messer grew up in Beauregard, Alabama, and is a graduate of Auburn University. He grew up in the residential home repair and remodeling industry and now enjoys working for a company that genuinely cares about its customers and employees. Clay is married to Brentley and they have two wonderful children. When not at work, Clay enjoys bass fishing, golf and spending time outdoors.

Robert Melvin

Director of Sales

Robert Melvin grew up in Birmingham, Alabama and has been in the building industry for 15 years. He is a graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Communication. Robert and his wife, Jessica, have three daughters, Abigail, Amelia and Ansley and one son, Bo. He loves to hunt, golf and spend time with his family.

Thomas Johnson (TJ)

Director of Community Development

TJ was born in Gadsden, Alabama and has been in the building industry for 10 years. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama, where he received a Master and Bachelor of Science Civil Engineering. TJ and his wife, Kaitlin, are happily married and have a beautiful daughter, Eleanor. TJ enjoys playing with his daughter and playing golf. His favorite thing about working at Holland Homes is being able to create new communities for the clients.

Will McCurdy

Pre-Construction Director

Will McCurdy grew up in Fort Payne, Alabama, before attending Auburn University and graduating from Communications in 2012. He is relatively new to the construction industry and loves his job at Holland Homes. He enjoys working with uplifting people and ensuring client expectations are exceeded. Will met his wife, Lana, when they were both attending Auburn University and they have one beautiful little girl, Cooper. He enjoys playing the banjo, guitar and doing anything outdoors.

Adrien Helms

Senior Sales Team Member

Adrien Helms grew up in Auburn, Alabama, and decided to stay close to home for college, attending Auburn University. She has been a realtor since 2016 and specializes in selling new constructions. In 2015, she married her husband, Nick and is the proud mom of Cash and Ellie Mae, the couple’s two dachshunds. Adrien is an expert on the Auburn/Opelika area and is always eager to help her clients achieve their estate goals.

Evan Kelly

Head of Homeowner Experience

Evan Kelly grew up in Rock Creek, Alabama. He attended both Highlands College and Auburn University. Evan is married and has two children. He loves to vacation in the mountains and enjoys hiking and fishing. One of Evan's favorite things about Holland Homes is his love for the team and how determined they all are to provide not only an excellent product, but an excellent experience.

Holly Smith

Executive Admin

Holly Smith grew up in Green Bay, Wisconsin and is new to the construction industry after taking a job with Holland Homes. Her education experience includes an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay as well as a masters degree in Business Administration from AUM. In her free time, Holly enjoys going hiking with her husband, Ryan, and her two dogs - Duke and Daisy. Holly also enjoys attending the Auburn Gymnastics meets and is an avid Green Bay Packer fan. Holly loves working for Holland Homes because of the great family atmosphere and team culture.

Jeremiah Bruce

Head of In-House Production

Jeremiah Bruce grew up in Lafayette, Alabama and has been in the building industry for 16 years. He is married, and he has four brothers and four sisters. Jeremiah loves being a part of the Auburn community.

Lana McCurdy

Head of Marketing / Senior Sales Team Member

Lana McCurdy grew up in Fort Payne, Alabama, before attending Auburn University where she met her husband, Will. She loves to cook and loves her cat, Callie! Lana’s favorite part about her job is that she gets the opportunity to serve others as they find a place to call home. She feels honored to be part of such a special milestone. Lana will be there throughout your entire home buying journey and is ready to help you find your perfect home.

Logan Roberts

Senior Project Leader

Logan Roberts grew up in Prattville, Alabama and graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Building Science. Prior to working with Holland Homes, he has 3 years of experience in the construction industry. In his free time, Logan enjoys camping and spending time at the lake. Building quality homes and contributing to the Holland Homes team makes Logan’s job a rewarding experience. Fun fact about Logan: his middle name is Holland!

Mitchell Beers

Head of Production

Mitchell Beers grew up in Vestavia Hills, Alabama and has been in the building industry for 8 years. He is a graduate of Auburn University. Mitchell has been married to his beautiful wife, Regan, since September 2019. Mitchell loves to hunt and spend time on beautiful Lake Martin.

Morgan Holland

Morgan Holland grew up in Athens, Alabama before moving to Auburn to attend Auburn University. She loves people and is passionate about helping people find a place to call home. Morgan's favorite part about her job is meeting new people and celebrating with them as their home ownership dreams come true! She loves that Holland Homes does more than build houses; they take care of people. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hosting friends, and trying new desserts. Morgan will walk with you every step of the buying process and is ready to help you find a place to call home!

Robert Hardwick

Head of DanCor

Robert Hardwick grew up in Lake City, Florida and has been in the construction industry for 13 years. Before joining the Holland Homes team, he served in the United States Army and was stationed in South Korea. Him and his wife, Nickie, have been married for 28 years. He loves to spend time with his family, including his 3 grandchildren and enjoys helping and serving others. His favorite part about working at Holland Homes is that he gets to be a part of every house we build.

Susan Smith

Broker

Susan Smith grew up in Fort Payne, Alabama and has been a real estate broker for 25 years. She is a graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Merchandising and Textile Chemistry. Susan has a son and daughter in-law who also live in Auburn and work with Holland Homes. Fun fact: Susan was a member of the War Eagle Flying team in college, and she has a private pilot’s license!

Rileigh Sefton

Senior Sales Team Member

Rileigh grew up in Birmingham, Alabama and attended Auburn University where she met her husband, Wheeler. Following graduation, she returned to Birmingham to begin a career in real estate alongside her dad. Rileigh and her husband have been dreaming of moving back to Auburn as soon as they left and are now able to make this dream a reality. Rileigh loves to serve people and help them navigate through the home buying process. She loves being able to host people and build relationships in the walls of her own home and wants that for others as well! In her free time, she can be found on long walks, tailgating on game days, or cooking with her husband.

Anne Sefton

Sales Team Member

Anne graduated from Auburn University where she met her husband Pat and earned a dual degree in Education and Family and Child Development. She and Pat have lived in Montgomery for 27 years and have finished homeschooling all 4 of their children. With all 4 kids out of the house, Anne chose to pursue real estate because she loves people and wants to help them find the perfect home for their needs. Anne believes that homes are important because of the memories with friends and family that happen there, such as jolly conversations around the dinner table or playing games on a rainy day. Her goal as a realtor is to inspire buyers to make a house a home! Her favorite thing about Holland Homes is the value placed on investing in people first which aligns perfectly with Anne's purpose of making every house a home!

Robert Lenior

Robert grew up on his family's farm in Maplesville, Alabama where he attended Maplesville High School. He has two sons, Timber, and Owen, and has been in the Real Estate industry for 4 years. What Robert enjoys most about Holland Homes is getting to meet new people and knowing that he has a part in a family's lasting memories in their new homes. To him, selling real estate is just a way to extend family and friends that last a lifetime.

Caden Prather

Sales Team Member

Caden Prather grew up in Valley, Alabama and has been in the homebuilding industry for almost a year. He attended Auburn University and obtained a degree in marketing before pursuing his career in Real Estate. Caden has 1 brother, and a chocolate lab named Maverick. In his free time, you can find Caden playing golf or listening to business podcasts. His favorite thing about Holland Homes is the culture of the company. He enjoys knowing that people are important to this company, and that whether it's him or his client, the entire company is there to help and support.

Chelsea Hamm

Assistant Sales Team Member

Chelsea grew up in Ozark, AL and has recently moved to Auburn, AL to pursue a real estate career. She is looking forward to working with Holland Homes and developing lasting friendships with home buyers. She is happily married to her husband, Ryan Hamm. They have two little girls, Jaysea and Delaney. In her spare time, Chelsea enjoys being on the water at Lake Martin or at the beach. My favorite part of working with Holland Homes is the value of the relationships they are passionate about creating.

Julie Brittle

Assistant Sales Team Member

Julie was born and rasied in Auburn, Alabama and after graduating from Auburn University with a degree in Communication, moved to Birmingham. After working full time in bridal sales, Julie obtained her real estate license in early 2021 and has been serving the Birmingham and Auburn areas ever since. Julie is married to Paxton and together they share a baby boy - Eli. Julie's favorite part of being on the Holland Homes team is the genuine care the entire staff has for each other, our homeowners, and for the work we get to do! She loves representing Holland Homes and helping connect wonderful people to beautiful homes!

Alex Plunkett

Project Leader

Alex grew up in Springville, Alabama and graduated from Springville High School. He was a member of the U.S. Coast Guard for 15 years. His wife, Tyler, and their three kids now reside in Florida. Alex's favorite part of working at Holland Homes is seeing the customer at orientation and seeing the excitement they have about moving into the home that the team has worked so hard to build.

Cody Holly

Project Leader

Cody Holly grew up in Flower Mound, Texas. He is new to working in the construction industry, but graduated Texas A&M University with a degree in Construction Science. He has recently moved to Auburn with his fiancé, Karson. He enjoys going to the lake and surfing, and anything else outdoors. He believes construction is the ultimate team game and loves that everyone else at Holland Homes has the same mindset.

Connor Borie

Project Leader

Connor Borie was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. He has been in the construction industry for 4 years now. Him and his girlfriend, Savannah, have a white lab named Drake. He loves spending time on Lake Martin and doing anything outdoors. Connor’s favorite part about working at Holland Homes is getting to see how happy homeowners are when their completed home is finally turned over to them.

Jeff Miller

Project Leader

Jeff Miller grew up in construction. His dad’s sheetrock company inspired him to get into the construction industry. He previously owned his own roofing and siding company where he was known as the fastest and biggest roofer anyone had ever met. Jeff grew up in Kansas City, Missouri, and graduated from Evangel University. He is married with 6 children and loves to relax by cheering on the Kansas City Royals and Chiefs. Jeff enjoys the freedom and trust Holland Homes instills in him.

Josiah Lanier

Project Leader

Josiah Lanier grew up in Hartselle, Alabama and has just started in the construction industry after accepting a job at Holland Homes. He attended the University of Alabama and received a degree in Operations Management with a specialization in Supply Chain Management. Fun Fact: Josiah also has a Pastoral Leadership Certification from Highlands College. He enjoys spending time with his friends and family and likes to write music. He enjoys working at Holland Homes because everyone is passionate about what they do, and it helps us create an excellent product.

Michael Ostenson

Project Leader

Michael Ostenson grew up in Alpharetta, Georgia and has been in the construction industry for 2 years. He graduated from Auburn University and shortly after graduation, he married his wife, Rebecca. He enjoys watching cricket and soccer in his free time. He also enjoys cooking with his friends and family. His favorite part of working at Holland Homes is having a hard-working team to work with that produce beautiful homes.

Cody Griffith

Assistant Project Leader

Cody grew up in a military family which allowed him to live in many states as a child. He has spent most of his life in Auburn and which he considers home. He graduated from Auburn University with his degree in Business Management and has 2 years of construction experience. He enjoys spending his time with his family and fiancé. Cody loves bass fishing as he spent his 4 years at Auburn on the Bass Fishing Team. His favorite part about working at Holland Homes is how welcoming everyone is and being able to help build homes in which are filled by happy families.

John Koebeck

Assistant Project Leader

John is from Ardmore, Alabama and moved to the Auburn area in 2017. He is married to his wife, Kali, and they have two children, Hank and Clara. John has been in the residential construction industry for 19 years. In his free time, John enjoys spending time with his family. His favorite part of working at Holland Homes is seeing how happy the homebuyer is once they see the final product!

Ryan Gravois

Assistant Project Leader

Ryan Gravois grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He moved to Birmingham to attend Highlands College and graduated in 2007. Ryan has spent 8 years in Transportation and Logistics and 5 years in Facility Management and Real Estate. He and his wife Natalie have three wonderful kids, Olivia, William and Easton. When they’re not at the baseball park you can find them cooking for friends and family. Ryan‘s known for his gumbo and jambalaya!

Zachary Dauwer

Assistant Project Leader

Zachary Dauwer grew up in Wiggins, Mississippi, but moved to Hoover, Alabama in high school. He has three years of experience in the construction industry but has been on a job site since he could walk, since his grandfather was in construction. Zachary and his wife, Caitlin, have a dog named Delta. He enjoys cooking anything and everything. Fun Fact: Zachary is a member of the Alabama Army National Guard. His favorite part about working at Holland Homes is the passion that everyone has. Everyone is so dedicated that it doesn't seem like another day at work, but as if his coworkers have taken the opportunity to fulfill their God-given purpose.

Allison Rossa grew up in Pennsylvania but being an Army wife has moved her all over the county, including Alaska! She’s new to the construction industry after taking her current job with Holland Homes. She graduated from California University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Business Administration. Allison is married with two children, and a home full of rescue animals. What she loves most about working for Holland Homes is the family work environment and watching buyers fall in love with the home building process.

Erica Williams

Executive Assistant

Erica was born and raised in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania until she decided to attend college at Auburn University. She grew up with both her parents working in the lumber and residential building community and is excited to be working in such a fulfilling field. Erica has been a dancer most of her life and continues this passion by teaching at a dance studio in Opelika. She has grown up with a love for football so War Eagle and Go Steelers!

Hayes Eiford

Senior Project Engineer and Developer

Hayes is from Thomasville, Georgia and moved to Auburn to attend Auburn University where he studied Civil Engineering. He is married to his wife, Kayla, and has one son named Caden, and a baby on the way named Beckett! In his free time, Hayes enjoys spending time with his family at the lake. Hayes’ favorite part about working at Holland Homes is working with an amazing team to design and build communities where people will call home.

Hunter Finklea

Community Development Project Engineer

Hunter grew up in Eclectic, AL and graduated with his civil engineering degree from UAB. He lives in Jemison, AL with his dog Molly near his family and will tell you he is the proudest uncle in the world of his niece and nephew. His 10+ years spent in CAD(Computer Aided Design) programs inventing and assisting in developing some of the largest land developments in North America have prepared him well to serve the Southeast communities. If not bringing the next vision to life through 3D rendering, you will find him doing anything from fishing and climbing with his niece and nephew to woodworking in his workshop.

Weston Brasell

Junior Project Engineer

Weston grew up in a small town an hour north of Auburn called Hollins. He attended Fayetteville High School and continued his education at Auburn University. He has been in the site design and construction industry for over a year. Weston has a dog named Leo and a cat named Nadja. He enjoys being outdoors and going kayaking and fishing. Weston's favorite thing about working at Holland Homes is the sense of family and purpose that he feels working here!

Casey Dougherty grew up in LaGrange, Georgia, but graduated from Sterling College in Kansas, where he played on the golf team. Casey has three brothers and a stepbrother. Fun Fact: He is a huge Cleveland Browns fan! His favorite part about working at Holland Homes is the people he gets to work with.

Turnley Smith

Plans and Permitting

Turnley Smith was born in Florence, Alabama but later moved to Hohenwald, Tennessee. He is an Auburn graduate with a degree in Environmental Design, Architecture, Interior Architecture, and has been in the building industry for 13 years. Turnley and his wife, Lisa, have two children and a rescued black lab named Lincoln. Turnley loves to snowboard and his family will take on anyone in Ultimate Frisbee.

Will Green

Trade Partner Relations

Will grew up in Bayou La Batre, Alabama and is new to the construction business! Will recently graduated from Southern Union State Community College with a trade degree in Industrial Maintenance. In his free time, Will loves hunting and spending time playing golf. What he enjoys most about working for Holland Homes is the work environment and the highly motivated people that he gets to work with!

Ben grew up in Rochester, Michigan and moved to Auburn to obtain a Finance degree from Auburn University. He enjoys listening to music, playing the guitar, working out and playing golf. While he is new to the construction industry, Ben’s favorite part about working at Holland Homes is serving other and making a difference in the lives of those around him!

Candice Barber

Candice grew up in Alexander City, Alabama and is fairly new to the construction industry! She is married to her husband Andrew, and they have two beautiful girls together. In her downtime, you can find Candice and her family on Lake Martin boating, fishing and relaxing on the water. Candice loves what Holland Homes stands for as a company and is excited to grow and work with such an amazing team!

Joshua Vaughn

Regional Home Experience Team Leader

Joshua grew up as a self-confessed “military brat”, but spent most of his childhood in Prattville, AL. He attended Auburn University and earned a degree in Supply Chain Management. Joshua recently adopted an adorable German Shepherd puppy named Sasha. In his free time Josh enjoys spending time with friends, playing video games, and competitive shooting. His favorite thing about his job is the sense of community that Holland Homes is able to create both as a team, and in the neighborhoods we build.

Jason Kilgro

Home Experience Team Member - Birmingham

Jason is from Priceville, AL and graduated from Highlands College. He is married and has 2 kids, Charlotte Magnolia and Jack Simpson. Jason has experience in Insurance and Property Restoration, and is now turning his focus to residential construction! He enjoys playing golf, listening to live music and eating good food. Jason’s favorite part of working at Holland Homes is the family culture and the commitment to excellence from top to bottom.

Kaylyn Hinton

Kaylyn grew up in Florence, Alabama where she attended Shoals Christian School. She graduated from Auburn University in 2022 with a bachelor's degree in public relations. Kaylyn has been in the real estate industry since 2021 but turned her focus to marketing after graduation. In her free time, Kaylyn enjoys being at the lake or the pool, relaxing and hanging out with her friends and family. Her favorite part of working for Holland Homes is getting to use digital platforms to showcase all the amazing aspects of Holland Homes to the communities that we serve!

Reid Kemp

Videographer & Digital Content Creator

Reid Kemp grew up in Fayetteville, Georgia and is new to the construction industry. He graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Visual Media and a minor in Graphic Design. Reid and his wife Katie have 2 sons Ben and Hudson, and own two dogs. He loves to spend time golfing. Fun Fact: Reid is a huge Star Wars fan! His favorite part about working at Holland Homes is the family atmosphere and the fact everyone works together to provide an amazing home that future homeowners will enjoy.

Stephanie Edstrom

Marketing and Design Coordinator

Stephanie has always had an appreciation for architecture, originally inspired by her father who designed and built her childhood home in Atlanta. She graduated from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida, majoring in Fine Art and Graphic Design. Her creative experience spans from photography, two dimensional art, and graphic design to jewelry design and fabrication. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, the outdoors, travelling, music, the arts and the beach. Stephanie is motivated by the hard-working atmosphere, ambitions and positive values of Holland Homes.

Lainey Clowdus

Director of Design & Operations at Furnish

Lainey grew up in Birmingham, Alabama, and attended Troy University where she met her husband, Wil. They now live in Auburn, Alabama with their two dogs, Finch and Daly. Lainey's favorite part about her job is helping buyers envision a house being their home through staging. She enjoys the community at Holland Homes and is honored to be a part of the team.
